Normally your order should arrive within 1-2 working days, but in some cases it may take longer as we ship from Poland.

Shipping costs

Delivery to Germany is free of charge, delivery to Austria costs 5.99 euros and to other EU countries 6.99 euros.
The cash on delivery fee is an additional 5 euros.

Terms and conditions

We issue invoices with VAT.
The buyer is obliged to check the consignment on receipt for any mechanical damage that may have occurred during transportation. In case of discrepancies or damage, please DO NOT accept the goods, make a damage report with the courier and contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Delivery times may change if the goods are no longer available. In this case, our advisors will contact you to inform you of the next delivery date.
If you opt for an online bank transfer, your order will be processed as soon as payment has been received in our account.

Will PayU refund the money?

The buyer will receive the money within about 2-3 working days. The buyer will receive a refund: to the bank account from which he/she made the transfer or to the card account with which he/she paid.

If you choose to pay for your order by bank transfer, the transfer period for the selected goods is 7 working days. If payment is not made within the above period, the order will be canceled.
If you wish to receive a VAT exempt invoice, you must provide an active EU VAT number (VIES).

Cash on delivery - DHL courier or UPS courier

You can pay for your order directly when you collect the parcel from the courier. Make sure that the address you provide is correct and contains the complete information required for the delivery of your parcel. Please also make sure that the phone number you provide is correct as you will be notified by SMS prior to delivery.

Note: Please remember to have your payment amount deducted - the DHL courier or UPS courier is not obliged to give you change.
