Q: Are the products authentic and where are they made?

A: All products are 100% authentic. The products with CE certificate and 8% VAT are marked with the CE mark. Most products are manufactured in and come from the European Community.

Q: How long is the expiry date of the products?

A: Products typically have a long expiration date; if a product has an expiry date of less than 3 months, this information will be indicated next to the product and the price of the product will be reduced accordingly.

In addition, our consultants can check the expiry date of stocks and pass this information on to the customer if requested.

Q: Do I need to create an account to place an order?

A: No, purchasing is possible without registering, but our website also contains products that can only be purchased after registering.

ORDERS & VAT

Q: Which companies deliver orders from our shop?

-DHL- offers payment by cash on delivery (additional €5), advance payment or delivery of the package to the parcel machine, but only with advance payment

-DPD- only available with advance payment

-UPS- only available with advance payment

Q: Can I cancel the products from my order?

A: If you purchase cash on delivery, we may process your order and cancel or add products to the order.

Q: Can I add products to my existing order?

A: If you purchase cash on delivery, we may process your order and cancel or add products to the order.

Q: Why do I have to enter a VAT number (EU only)?

A: All companies in the EU must have a valid VAT number to place an order. The order is executed without VAT. Please note that it is not possible to manually add VAT to an order. If you are not a sole trader, we can also issue you an invoice as an individual (receipt) simply by providing your contact details when ordering.

Q: I don't have a VAT number - can I use my tax number? (only within the EU)

A: Yes, an invoice can be issued with the VAT identification number and the tax number. We can also issue an invoice to a natural person. Additionally, if your VAT number or tax number is registered in VIES, then the invoice is exempt from VAT.

Q: I am an individual and do not have a business - can I place an order?

A:Yes, you can buy from us as an individual and you do not need to set up an account.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: No, there is no minimum order quantity with us.
