Hyaluronic acid + Amino acids

It is indicated for the prevention and treatment of facial skin damage, with visible deepened wrinkles, flaccidity and drooping oval.

Containing fragments of hyaluronic acid and amino acids, they induce the stimulation of CD44 receptors by activating fibroblasts aimed at producing hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin.

Indications

Prevention and treatment of facial skin damage.

For the superficial layers of the dermis in the following places: cheekbones, nasolabial fold, lower corner of the mouth, lower part of the chin, chin area.

Action

A product with a regenerating, biostimulating and modeling effect on the skin matrix.

Currently, the most frequently performed medical procedure aimed at improving the condition of the skin is biostimulation, which ensures the activation of fibroblasts in order to rebuild new matrix components and normalize the condition of tissues.

The medical device used for this purpose contains

• Fragments of hyaluronic acid (20-40 monomers) capable of activating CD44 receptors of fibroblasts,
• Amino acids, which are the precursors of collagen and elastin proteins,
• Bicarbonate-based buffer system.

The product should be administered intradermally according to the basic mesotherapy injection technique or using the point technique.

Treatment zones

• Inject the appropriate amount of the preparation into the superficial layer of the dermis at the following points: lion's wrinkle, nasolabial folds, cheekbones, lower corner of the mouth and chin area.
• Use the classic needle mesotherapy technique.

Middle layers of the dermis.

Treatment cycle

One session every 7 days 4 times. Then one session every 15 days, 2 times. Continued maintenance treatment every 30 days.

Effectiveness

CD44 receptors of fibroblasts are activated and skin cells stimulate the reconstruction of collagen and elastin.

Contraindications

A contraindication to the treatment using Elisir Bio is the patient's hypersensitivity to any of the components of the solution.

Do not use the preparation:

- for injections other than intradermal;

- in combination with peelings, dermabrasion or laser treatments. The doctor should decide how much time must pass between these treatments and the treatment using Elisir Bio.

- in children

Do not inject into blood vessels.

Side effects

The following effects have been reported in the literature: inflammatory reactions such as red rash, swelling or erythema, which may be accompanied by itching or pain around the injection site, usually disappearing within a week. Discoloration or paleness at the injection site. If whitening in the glabellar area, abscesses and granulomas occur, consult a doctor.
