Nucleofill is a preparation designed for deep skin renewal and biorestructuring. This innovative treatment works on three levels: lifting, antioxidation, and hydration.
It offers a unique triple action at the cellular level, resulting in a visible and long-lasting rejuvenation effect. Nucleofill is a synonym for innovative biotechnology in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine. This scientifically proven method of skin biostimulation contains polynucleotides that stimulate the skin to regenerate through a three-way mechanism.

The first mode of action involves the receptors on fibroblasts in the skin. Through this stimulation, they transform into myofibroblasts. The process of type I collagen and elastin production is stimulated, leading to skin thickening and lifting.

The second mechanism involves the “scavenging” of free radicals and antioxidant action. Polynucleotides bind water and provide long-lasting isoosmotic hydration of the extracellular matrix. As a result, the skin becomes moisturized and firm.

Thanks to its biochemical properties, Nucleofill improves skin elasticity and effectively counteracts the signs of aging and photoaging, such as wrinkles, loss of firmness, tension, and elasticity, as well as lip atrophy (loss of volume).

Nucleofill is also effective in treating fibrotic changes such as scars. The polynucleotide chain binds water molecules and has an anti-free-radical effect by removing free hydroxyl groups (OH) that accumulate due to stress or external factors such as UV radiation.
The moisturizing and antioxidant action of the product helps create an optimal environment for fibroblast growth and thus for the restoration of tissue elasticity.

Different concentrations of polynucleotides in the three available formulations allow treatment of various types of cosmetic imperfections.

The product can be applied to different areas of the body, such as the neck, décolleté, face (eye area, cheeks, cheekbones), back of the hands, abdominal area, thighs, and buttocks.
The following treatment protocols are recommended:

Nucleofill Soft – for the reduction of very fine lines and superficial wrinkles, as well as small scars.

Nucleofill Medium – for the reduction of deeper wrinkles around the mouth and cheeks and the correction of medium-sized scars.

Nucleofill Strong – for the reduction of deep wrinkles such as nasolabial folds and for the remodeling of larger body areas such as the abdomen, thighs, and buttocks, as well as for the reduction of deep/extensive scars.

Treatment protocol
