A natural product consisting of substances produced by our body - polynucleotides.

It is the flagship product of Mastelli polynucleotides, which contains the highest concentration of polynucleotides (up to 40 mg/2 ml) ensuring spectacular non-surgical lifting effects, strongly moisturizing and intensely antioxidant properties.

Polynucleotides are fragments of DNA and RNA nucleic acids. Chemically, they are esters of nucleosides and phosphoric acid. Polynucleotides occur in all organisms. Their role is, among other things, to regenerate the skin after serious injuries and diseases.

They are responsible for increasing the firmness, tension and elasticity of the skin (biorevitalization). Their presence helps restore the aesthetics and functionality of areas with hypertrophy of the fibrous component (stretch marks, scars of dystrophic or regularly damaged areas).

They also protect DNA against damage caused by UVA and UVB radiation.

Their regular administration causes prolonged isosomotic moisturization, improves the trophic conditions of the skin matrix and regenerates and stimulates fibroblasts, which directly translates into the appearance and condition of the skin.

Indications

Thanks to its versatility and ease of use, it can be used on any skin area: scalp, forehead, eyebrows, cheekbones, eye area, neck, abdomen, buttocks, thighs, etc.

Thanks to its biochemical and viscoelastic properties, PLINEST* is a moisturizing and trophic substance.

It is therefore indicated for improving the firmness, elasticity and tonicity of the skin.

These effects are also able to facilitate the remodeling of high fiber areas, i.e. stretch marks and scars, as part of treatment protocols tailored by your treating physician.

Composition

• Highly concentrated polynucleotides (PDNR + HA macromolecules) 40 mg in 2 ml of the preparation.

Use

The therapy is determined individually by the doctor for each patient. A series of 4 treatments spaced 7-14 days apart is most often recommended.

The effects are visible after the first treatment. A series of treatments with PLINEST allows you to regain firmness and elasticity of the skin, making it taut and bright.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The use of PLINEST is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any
product ingredients or with a history of allergy to fish products.

Since there are no clinical data on the use of the product in patients with:

- autoimmune diseases,

- if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are under eighteen years of age,

- in such cases, the use of PLINEST is not recommended.

WARNINGS

This product is not suitable for injections other than intradermal.

Observe normal precautions regarding intradermal infiltration.

Do not use PLINEST* in areas of the body where there are any infections or inflammatory processes.

Do not administer in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

After the procedure, disinfection of the treated area is required.

SIDE EFFECTS

The mechanical action of the needle may cause a small amount of blood - exudates.

Swelling at the site of infiltration usually heals within a short period of time (a few hours), although it may take longer depending on the areas treated (e.g. neck or surrounding area).

In rare cases, reactions occur for all types of injections, such as swelling, erythema, or a feeling of heat or pain in the treated area. To speed up healing, ice may be applied to the treated area. They usually disappear on their own within a few hours after infiltration. If these symptoms persist, the doctor must make sure that the patient informs him about any adverse reactions after treatment so that they can be treated appropriately quickly. .

WARNINGS

Do not mix PLINEST with other products.

Once opened, the product should be used immediately and any residues removed.
