This is a preparation containing amino acids together with hyaluronic acid.

This combination of substances supports the processes of bio-revitalization of the skin.

Peptiform 2% is a product designed for needle mesotherapy and deep skin revitalization.

It acts on the ECM (Extra Cellular Matrix) structure and influences the regeneration of fibrous proteins such as collagen and elastin, as well as the metabolism of the skin.

It provides a scaffold that promotes cell migration and maintains normal cell polarity to restore the multilayered structures of tissues damaged by photoaging.

Composition/Effect

Lysine is an essential amino acid that the human organism cannot synthesize itself and therefore must be ingested through food. It inhibits the proliferation of viruses by producing vitamin B3, stimulates elastin production and promotes collagen formation.

Proline is the main component of collagen and elastin stabilizing proteins.

More than 10% of the elementary particles of collagen molecules are composed of proline alone.

It is important for collagen stimulation and skin regeneration.

Glycine is an amino acid found in small amounts in the vast majority of proteins of tendons and muscles.

It makes up about one third of the collagen structure. It is needed for the construction of proteins in the body and for the synthesis of nucleic acids, the construction of RNA, DNA and other amino acids in the body.

Contraindications

• Autoimmune diseases affecting the skin,
• Infections and inflammations (acne, herpes, dermatitis, etc.) in situ or near the treatment zone, varicose veins in the area of the implant,
• Patients being treated with anticoagulants,
• Patients with known hypersensitivity to product components,
• Patients prone to the formation of hypertrophic scars,
• Patients suffering from untreated epilepsy,
• Pregnant or lactating women,
• Patients with a history of severe allergies,
• Do not inject into blood vessels (intravascular),
• Do not use concurrently with laser treatments, deep chemical peels or dermabrasion,
• Children and Adolescents,
• Do not inject into the orbital region (eyelids, undereye area, foot area and glabellar region),
• Individuals who have received other temporary or permanent implants in the same region,
• Do not inject into the mammary gland or internal reproductive organs.

REACTIONS TO THE TREATMENT AND POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS

The physician must inform the patient that possible side effects may occur when the product is injected and may occur immediately or later.

Some side effects have been reported in the literature following the use of hyaluronic acid.

These include:

• Inflammatory reactions (redness, swelling, erythema, etc.) that may be associated with itching or tenderness or both,
• Phochymosis hematoma, induration of nodules at the injection site, spotting or discoloration around the injection site, intolerance reaction, increased surface hypersensitivity, granuloma infection, necrosis, nodules and papules, allergic reactions,
• Any of the above or other side effects that occur more than one week after injection must be evaluated by a physician who should provide appropriate treatment.
