Revok 50 (EVOK) is the newest tissue stimulator on the market. The high content of hyaluronic acid, up to 50 mg in one syringe, restores the skin's firmness and elasticity. An additional advantage is the amino acids contained in the preparation, 195 mg/ml. Such a rich cocktail biostimulates the skin to regenerate, gives an immediate feeling of hydration and improves skin tone.

Indications

REVOK50 is indicated for:

physiological process of aging skin causing calloused surfaces (roughness and reduced skin radiance),
changes in the elasticity of skin fibers (wrinkles),
in the process of repairing skin tissues,
in the case of scars caused by superficial skin damage (e.g. acne or smallpox scars).

Use

• The injection technique should be adapted to the planned effect of the treatment, the skin area undergoing therapy and the advancement of changes in this area.
• It is recommended to use needles from 27G to 30G.
• REVOK 50 should be injected intradermally to a medium depth.
• Skin showing advanced changes should be injected using the linear or microdeposit technique.
• After the injection, the doctor may perform a light massage to distribute the preparation evenly.
• Prophylactically and in cases of slight or medium advancement of changes, an excellent effect can be achieved by using the minimally invasive BRP technique, which involves administering boluses of 0.2 ml of EVOK50 into four so-called BioRevitalization
• The BRP technique offers an immediate effect of tightening and smoothing the skin while maintaining the long-term bioregenerative effect of the preparation. Minimal traumatization (only 4 injections on each side of the face) means that the treatment fits perfectly into the currently popular category of "lunch treatments"

The package contains

• Pre-filled syringe with a capacity of 2 ml of hyaluronic non-cross-linked HA with a concentration of 2.5%, 50 mg HA,
• Revok 50 is manufactured from chains of equal length 1.6 million Daltons.

Composition

• HA with a concentration of 2.5%, so the syringe contains 50 mg HA/2 ml,
• The content of amino acids in a 2ml syringe: glycine 17mg, proline 16mg, lysine 14mg, hydroxyproline 18mg.

Precautions

• Revok50 is for subcutaneous injection only.
• It is allowed to use piaster or pain relief cream for sensitive skin before the treatment.
• The painkiller may cause redness.
• There are no studies (efficiency, tolerability) on injecting REVOK50 into skin that has already been injected with another filler product.

Exceptions

REVOK 50 cannot be used in:

• Patients with a tendency to hypertrophic scars, patients suffering from autoimmune diseases or patients using autoimmune therapies, patients under 18 years of age.
• REVOK 50 cannot be used in skin areas, inflammatory and/or infectious processes (e.g. acne lichen...). REVOK5O cannot be used with laser therapy, chemical peeling or dermabrasion.

Undesirable side effects

• Physicians must inform patients that there are undesirable side effects and/or abnormalities associated with the use of this device that may occur immediately or with a delay. Namely (incomplete list):
• Inflammatory reactions (e.g. redness, shortness of breath, arrhythmia) which may be accompanied by itching or pain upon pressure after injection. These reactions may last for about a week.
• Induration or blisters at the injection site if the product is applied too superficially, discoloration at the injection site
• Poor effect if REVOK 50 20 is used incorrectly.
• Patients must tell their doctor about inflammatory cancer as soon as possible, if symptoms last longer than a week or if they experience any other symptoms. Your doctor should administer appropriate treatment.
