Set contains

1. PRP tubes with anticoagulant (ACD), 8 ml – 2 pcs.
2. Blood collection kit 21 G x 3/4 – 2 pcs.
3. Gauze compresses – 3 pcs.
4. Combi Stopper closing cones – 2 pcs.
5. 5 ml syringes – 2 pcs.
6. Needles:

• 21 G 40 mm x 1 pc.
• 20 G 70 mm x 1 pc.
• 30 G 13 mm x 2 pcs.
• 30 G 4 mm x 2 pcs.

Use

1. Disinfect your skin and then, using a blood collection kit, insert yourself into the appropriate vein.
2. Collect blood into PRP tubes. Mix each full tube at least 8 times to combine the blood with the anticoagulant.
3. Place the PRP tubes in the centrifuge. Set the time and speed to 8 min and 2300 RPM and turn on the centrifuge.
4. Clean and disinfect the skin where PRP is to be applied.
5. After centrifugation, carefully remove the PRP tubes from the centrifuge and place them in a stand. After centrifugation, platelet-poor plasma (PPP) constitutes the upper 2/3. The middle 1/3 layer is platelet-rich plasma (PRP), in which platelets are suspended, while the lower part is erythrocytes.
6. In the side wall of the PRP tube stopper, place a 21 G 40 mm needle to remove the vacuum, then place a 20 G 70 mm needle with a 5 ml syringe vertically in the middle. The end of the needle should be at the edge of the sheepskin. Using a circular, swirling motion, collect the "buffy coat" and plasma. Unscrew the needle and secure the syringe with the Combi Stopper. Repeat the operation with the second test tube.
7. To ensure even distribution of platelets, mix the material in the syringe by gently rotating it up and down for about 30-60 seconds.
8. Remove the Combi Stopper from the syringe and connect it to a 30 G 4 mm or 30 G 13 mm needle.
9. Give plasma to the indicated places. From the moment of centrifugation, plasma should be administered for a maximum of 20 minutes.
