The preparation improves joint mobility, facilitates movement, and supports muscle elasticity.

It can be used as monotherapy or in combination with other MD products, providing a synergistic therapeutic effect.

Active ingredients

Method of use

Protocol: 10 weeks – 1 session per week

Periarticular method:

• Injection depth: 2–4 mm

• Needle: 27G

Intraarticular method:

• Needle: 22G

• Aseptic skin preparation; local anaesthesia may be used if needed

Ankle joint:

• Intraarticular injection via lateral or medial approach, with the foot positioned at a 45° angle

Indications

• Degenerative changes of interphalangeal joints of the hand

• Thumb carpometacarpal joint degeneration

• Hammer toe pain

• Carpal tunnel syndrome (with MD-NEURAL)

• De Quervain’s syndrome (with MD-NEURAL)

• Metatarsalgia and Morton’s neuroma (with MD-NEURAL)

• Rheumatoid arthritis of hands or feet (with MD-POLY)

• Tendon pain in hands or feet after immobilisation

Contraindications

No hypersensitivity cases have been reported.
A spot test is recommended – inject 0.1 ml of the product and observe the patient for 1 hour.
