MD-Thoracic Collagen 10x2ml – Collagen formula for the thoracic spine

MD-Thoracic Collagen is a specialized formula designed to support the mobility and stability of the thoracic region of the spine.
The product improves range of motion, facilitates daily activity, and helps reduce pain caused by overload, postural defects, or osteoporosis.
It also helps maintain muscle elasticity and mass in the upper and mid-back area.
The preparation can be used alone or as part of a combined therapy with other MD products.

Active ingredients

• Tropocollagen (Type I Collagen) – supports regeneration and elasticity of connective tissue

• Sodium chloride – maintains solution stability and isotonicity

• Water for injection – base of the solution

Method of use

Treatment protocol: 8–10 sessions – 2 injections per week for the first 2 weeks, then 1 session per week until symptoms subside.
Maximum duration of therapy: 10 weeks.

Periarticular method:

• Injection depth: 2–4 mm

• Needle: 27G

• Aseptic skin preparation prior to injection

Indications

• Osteoarthritis of the thoracic spine (with MD-POLY)

• Pain associated with scoliosis (with MD-MUSCLE and MD-NEURAL)

• Trigger points in the neck muscles (with MD-MUSCLE)

• Bone osteophytes (with MD-NEURAL)

• Pain due to osteoporosis (with MD-NEURAL and MD-MUSCLE)

• Mechanical instability (with MD-NEURAL)

• Thoracic ligament syndrome (with MD-NEURAL)

• Neurogenic pain caused by nerve compression (with MD-NEURAL)

Contraindications

No cases of hypersensitivity have been reported.
A sensitivity test is recommended – inject 0.1 ml of the product subcutaneously in the upper or forearm area and observe the patient for 1 hour.
