MD-Matrix - Collagen (10x2ml)

MD-MATRIX is a medical device designed to support movement, reduce the physiological degeneration process of joint connective tissues, and compensate for damage caused by:

• Aging processes
• Postural defects
• Chronic comorbidities
• Injuries and trauma
• Environmental factors

Due to its specific mechanism of action, MD-MATRIX is also intended for firming and supporting microcirculation in the subcutaneous connective tissue in areas of local fat accumulation and cellulite - particularly in the upper thigh and inner knee regions.

Composition

• Collagen - regenerates and strengthens collagen fibers, improving skin firmness
• Citric acid - activates cellular metabolism and supports tissue regeneration
• Niacinamide - enhances tissue oxygenation and provides antioxidant effects

Application

MD-MATRIX is used in the treatment of stretch marks, cellulite, and old or hypertrophic scars, as it accelerates local tissue metabolism.

MD-MATRIX can be ideally combined with MD-TISSUE in subcutaneous injections to effectively reduce cellulite and fatty deposits, while simultaneously improving skin firmness in the treated area.

Injection Techniques

• Intradermal and subcutaneous injections (1–3 mm depth, approx. 0.2–0.3 ml per injection point)
• Periarticular injection near the affected joint

Injection spacing: approx. 2 cm

Recommended needle sizes: 27G 4 mm / 30G 4–12 mm / 32G 4–12 mm

A mild burning sensation or redness may occur but typically disappears within 5–10 minutes.

Treatment Protocol

• First 2 weeks: 2 applications per week
• Then: 1 application per week (up to 10 weeks) until desired results are achieved
• For chronic conditions: 1 treatment per week for 1 month, then 1 treatment per month

Contraindications / Side Effects

MD-MATRIX contains collagen of animal (porcine) origin. If hypersensitivity is suspected, a local test injection (in the upper arm) should be performed and monitored for 1 hour.

Mild redness may result from the mechanical effect of the needle or a skin reaction.

Thorough cleansing and disinfection before and after treatment is mandatory.
