PolyPhil Eye is a visco-surgical, apyrogenic, sterile single-use polynucleotide gel intended for intradermal administration.

Polynucleotides are highly purified, naturally derived and absorbable substances obtained from fish. They possess moisturizing properties and a nourishing effect on fibroblasts, which helps improve skin elasticity, firmness and overall tone.

Indications

PolyPhil Eye is recommended for correcting and reducing signs of aging around the eye area, such as fine lines and wrinkles. It helps restore a youthful appearance and improves skin firmness in the periorbital zone.

Composition

Each pre-filled syringe contains 2 ml of isotonic gel, consisting of:

• Polynucleotides 7.5 mg/ml
• Water for injection
• Sodium chloride
• Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate
• Disodium phosphate dodecahydrate

Application

PolyPhil Eye is administered using a fine needle (typically 30G) by injecting the solution into the dermis.

It may also be administered using modern non-invasive methods such as electroporation or hydroelectrophoresis.

Individual treatment schedules are recommended based on skin condition and patient needs.

Contraindications

Precautions

Possible Side Effects

The mechanical action of the needle may cause small hematomas.

In rare cases, injection-related reactions such as swelling, redness, heat sensation or pain may occur.

Applying an ice compress to the injection site may help accelerate healing.

These reactions typically resolve within a few days. If symptoms persist, contact a physician.
