PolyPhil Next is a visco-surgical, apyrogenic, sterile, single-use polynucleotide gel intended for intradermal administration.

PolyPhil Next is a medical device containing an original combination of polynucleotides (10 mg/ml) and hyaluronic acid (10 mg/ml).

Polynucleotides are highly purified, naturally derived and absorbable substances obtained from fish. They have moisturizing properties and a nourishing effect on fibroblasts, which helps improve skin elasticity, firmness and overall tone.

Hyaluronic acid is a key component of the extracellular matrix and supports the mechanical and elastic properties of the tissue. With age, the natural amount of hyaluronic acid in the skin decreases, contributing to structural changes in the epidermis and dermis, and accelerating the aging process.

The combination of these two substances provides a synergistic action, resulting in deep hydration (particularly due to hyaluronic acid) while the nourishing effect of polynucleotides supports regeneration and improved skin firmness.

Composition

Each pre-filled syringe contains 2 ml of isotonic gel consisting of:

• Polynucleotides (10 mg/ml)
• Sodium hyaluronate (10 mg/ml)
• Mannitol
• Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate
• Disodium phosphate dodecahydrate
• Water for injection

Application

PolyPhil Next is administered with a fine needle (typically 30G) by injecting the solution into the dermis.

Depending on clinical evaluation, various injection techniques may be used, including linear, microinjection, cross-linked, fanning or mixed.

PolyPhil Next may also be administered using modern non-invasive techniques (iontophoresis, electroporation, hydroelectrophoresis, etc.).

Treatment schedules are individualized based on the patient's skin condition and needs.

Possible Side Effects

The mechanical action of the needle may cause small hematomas.

In rare cases, treatment area reactions such as swelling, redness, heat sensation or pain may occur.

An ice compress can be applied to accelerate healing.

These reactions typically resolve within a few days. If symptoms persist, medical consultation is recommended.

The practitioner should ensure that patients report any adverse reactions after treatment.
